Hi Raider parents and fencers, just a reminder that our first practice is today after school at 3:50pm at Olympic Fencers Club.
A copy of our Parent Checklist is attached. Please fill out the Roster Information Form today if you haven't already done so, submit your waiver, and pay your club dues.
Parent Meeting: The parent meeting for NEW PARENTS ONLY (due to space constraints) will be held at OFC while the students are practicing. Even if your student can't come, please attend for details on forms, dues, gear, tournaments, and more!
Physicals: after speaking with AHS admin, they have asked us to remind parents that you should get physicals done, but the club will not collect the GHSA Physical Forms. You should still keep this paperwork for your records!
You will still need to fill out the GHSL Waiver and Insurance Verification forms and return those ASAP via email or at practice.

Each high school in the GHSFL must provide 2 or more directors at each tournament, depending on the number of fencers on the team. If you would like to sign up for a tournament, please contact the faculty sponsor or the team mom. Training will be provided.
Also, Alpharetta H.S. usually hosts between 1-3 tournaments every year. Dates will be announced as soon as we are cleared to host. All parents and students are required to sign up and help! We will need volunteers for planning, publicity, setup, cleanup, donations for the directors’ table, operating the concession stand, and managing the tournaments.
